Yvon is the Corporate Associate Director Quality System Excellence and Compliance at B. Braun Medical Inc. and he is responsible for the pharmaceutical and medical device divisions. In this role, he is driving efficiency and effectiveness into the overall quality system and its execution with the objective to improve and enhance compliance and product quality while meeting all regulatory requirements including data integrity, security, cyber security, breaches etc.. He has been tasked to bring alignment with quality system by creating new quality systems and improving validation for hybrid and non-hybrid systems and validate newly acquired ones.
Yvon has more than 27 years experiences in the biotech industry coupled with a strong background in Quality Systems Compliance, Computer Systems Validation, Engineering, and Pharmaceutical, Medical Diagnostic Devices, Consumers or Over The Counter (OTC), and Biotech Manufacturing. He has held positions of increasing responsibilities in Quality, Computer and Information Systems Methodology, Validation, Engineering, and Manufacturing at B. Braun, J& J, Pfizer, Sanofi, Merck, and Teva. Yvon enjoys teaching while sharing his expertise and also learning as well from his students. More importantly, he taught Computer Programming as an Adjunct Faculty Member at DeVry Institute of Technology sharing his programming skills, and computer system validation work experiences with his students covering the full system delivery life cycle (SDLC) including cyber security, data integrity, Risk Management, 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+, and Annex 11. As an Adjunct Faculty Member, he also taught Math, Statistics, and Physics at other Community Colleges in the Tri-State area. Yvon holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Temple University and a MS. in Manufacturing Engineering at NYU Tandon School of Engineering and he was a Member of the Cyber security Advisory Board at Rutgers University, Oct 2018 - April 2020. |
