I am an IT expert and long time technology enthusiast that truly appreciates the convenience and effectiveness that comes from a well planned and configured digital workplace. Whether it’s a client side addon or a company wide cloud infrastructure initiative, clearly understanding the “need” first and foremost is the key to developing the best tailored solution to set up our users up for success. Companies in all industries and of all sizes are comprised of people and my goal is to build an empowering environment and an exceptional IT support team that reflects the organization’s values and ambitions.
I’ve spent my career continuously learning functional and security best practices in the IT industry in order to best support my users and their environments. Having the technical knowledge and genuine interest as well as clearly understanding the users’ requirements, I’ve helped build out and maintain both onprem and cloud based infrastructures of all sizes. Most recently I have been more involved and intrigued by startup environments and how IT can best serve and support them to progress and mature with ease. Getting organized early to really utilize the technology that best meets their needs securely while meticulously budgeting all costs associated with these tools ensures a prosperous team and scalable future. Regardless of the stage that the company is in, continuous check-in on the users needs and regular review of the software services and subscriptions ensures the IT team is well informed and very much involved in the overall success of the business. Outside of IT, I am a dedicated father of two boys and to disconnect, a part time gardener (self-employed). In Summary, whether it’s adults, kids, or even plants, seems like my focus is to build a sustainable and nurturing environment for them all to grow and succeed in their own way and there’s nothing more rewarding than to realize that goal of helping them reach their full potential.
