Patty Donohue is a Global Technology Executive with 40 years of experience, recognized for exceptional business partner collaboration, innovation, results, and people development. She is currently Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Systems at MetLife. She is responsible for MetLife’s entire global portfolio of Corporate Systems including Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Actuarial, Risk Management, Procurement, Real Estate, Security, Legal, Audit, Compliance, Regulatory, IT Security, DevOps, and Employee Experience.
Prior to joining MetLife, Patty was the Vice President of Corporate Systems at AT&T. She held a variety of assignments at AT&T including Mathematical Research, Process and Quality Management, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Customer Care Operations, Billing, Network Operations, Big Data Platforms, and Supply Chain.
Patty holds a US Patent for “Method for End-to-End Data Synchronization for Networking Arrangements”; AT&T’s 2013 Hackathon Award, 2012 CEO Innovation Award, and 2011 CIO Award; CIO Magazine’s 2010 CIO 100 Award; Computerworld’s 2009 Enterprise Data Intelligence Award. She is currently a member of the Rutgers Cybersecurity Board of Advisors and was a member of Teradata’s Board of Advisors from 2009-2013 and SAP’s Board of Advisors from 2010-2013.
Patty has a MS in Computer Science and a BS in Mathematics. She holds Management Certificates from the Harvard Business School, Wharton School, and Yale University.
Patty is a passionate advocate for increasing the number of women in technology. She is MetLife’s executive sponsor for Girls Who Code and is a guest speaker at multiple, external women in technology forums.
