Kim started her career at a technology staffing firm where she learned the fundamentals of customer experience through her interactions with both candidates, those looking for jobs, and clients, those seeking to hire new employees. After a rewarding stint in New York City, Kim was selected to be a co-founding manager to launch the firm’s new location in Boston. After successfully establishing a footprint in Boston, Kim made her second appearance in New York as the Director of the office. While continuing to interact with candidates and clients daily, Kim was also responsible for training and leading the next generation of relationships managers by instilling principals of sales, recruiting and customer experience.
Kim then pivoted her career and moved to a cloud-based SaaS delivery logistics company as the AVP of Onboarding and Operations. Kim establish the customer onboarding and technical support processes and protocols to ensure customer success. Then moving into a VP of Global Services position, Kim worked cross functionally with the technology team to prioritize the product roadmap and subsequently design and implement new features to achieve client goals. |
