Anthony is currently Director of Cybersecurity, Chief Security Officer at The Bancorp Inc. in Wilmington, Delaware. He was a member of the Federal Reserve Bank, Secure Payments Steering Committee whose mission is to provide a forum for stakeholders to advise the Federal Reserve in its leader/catalyst and operator roles on payment security matters.
His experience in Information Security at The Bancorp, JPMorgan Chase, Citibank and Republic Bank in Philadelphia included detailed work on encryption key management, security reviews, risk assessments and security testing for financial institutions. He has been responsible for the creation and implementation of numerous information security program components such as: mapping to NIST Cybersecurity Framework, project security reviews, customized encryption key management, internal penetration testing programs, comprehensive risk assessment, and vulnerability management. He also has significant experience with compliance and regulatory issues such as PCI, GLBA, GDPR and CCPA to name a few. He is the designated GDPR Data Protection Officer for The Bancorp and was the architect of the bank’s CCPA program. Anthony is a graduate of Michigan State University and has over 20 years of IT experience. He is a regular speaker at international information security conferences and is a frequent trainer for a variety of federal agencies. Anthony has authored numerous articles for Tech Target, Information Security Magazine and Hackin9 Magazine. He is a contributing author for INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT HANDBOOK, 6TH EDITION. Mr. Meholic was also featured in the September 2017 edition of Feats of Strength Information Security Magazine. |
